IILevel 2: Sets target on fire for 8 seconds (7 fire damage / 3.5 hearts)

Notes
Mobs killed by fire drop cooked meat instead of raw. Fire damage does not stack with multiple hits. Does not work on Nether mobs that are immune to fire.
